They tied the knot in romantic winter wedding in December 2015.

And Christine and Frank Lampard looked like it was still a case of puppy love as they took their pet pooch Minnie on a Sunday stroll in London‘s Knightsbridge.

The couple made a low-key appearance as the TV presenter, 38, recalled a terrifying near-death experience in which they were almost killed by falling scaffolding while out for a walk.

The former The One Show host kept casual in a padded maroon coat, which she teamed with skinny jeans and white trainers.

Christine accessorised with a large black bag and opted for natural make-up and fuss-free hair for her low-key outing.

Former footballer Frank, 39, matched his wife’s look in a black padded parka and trainers, while keeping the couple’s pet pooch Minnie close.

As the pair stepped out on a relaxed Sunday stroll, Christine admitted she once saved both of their lives during a routine day out.

Speaking in an interview in this week’s edition of OK! Magazine, the TV presenter said she had a premonition about falling debris on the day in question.

Christine explained: ‘I get really weird feelings about places. I was utterly convinced something was going to happen at this coffee shop that I walk past every day.

‘We were walking and I said, “I feel really funny about that scaffolding. I can see it falling down”.

‘We went in, got the coffee and I said, “Frank, I swear something is going to happen”.

‘And I gave him a shove and, as I pushed him into the road, this huge clump of stuff fell off. We would have been killed, 100 per cent. It was a huge chunk of metal.’

Christine and Frank first met at the Pride Of Britain awards back in 2009.

The former sportsman was previously engaged to Spanish model Elen Rivas, with whom he shares two daughters; Luna, 12, and Isla, 10.

Frank and Christine announced their engagement in June 2011, and later tied the knot in a romantic winter wedding at the Arts Club in London’s Mayfair in December 2015.

The former Chelsea and England player has previously said his immediate connection with the Loose Women panellist helped him recover from the death of his mother Pat, who passed away in 2008 following a battle with pneumonia.

He told Radio 5 Live’s The Emma Barnett Show: ‘I had been on my own for a year, single for a year, and I’d had a very hard time with my mum, and I was in a difficult place.

‘And I don’t need to go into that, but it was tough, and I was working and that was my get-out from a very hard year for myself.

‘But meeting Christine was completely uplifting for me because, we say love at first sight, but we met, and very quickly we kind of moved in together and were inseparable.’
